I am Puneeta.
A Senior Banker turned UX Designer.
I holistically approach design. I firmly believe in designing with empathy and putting users at the centre of every design decision.
My Story
- I always had a knack for Art, Craft and Design
- But I also developed an interest in solving mathematic equations and accounting problems which I am actually good at
- I graduated in B.Com (Hons) from Delhi University.
- I have done PGDB (Banking and Trade Finance) from Manipal University followed by an MBA ( Banking and Finance)
- I started working in ICICI Bank and got promoted.
- I cracked the selection process of getting into a PSU Job. I joined Canara Bank as Scale II manager (very competitive I must say).
- Led lot of initiatives to improve Banking services to society.
- Got promoted to Senior Manager position.
- Led the project of merger of e-Syndicate Bank's Branches in Gurgaon Region.
- But, all these years I missed the feeling of self accomplishment.
- In the year 2022, I decided to pursue career in Design
- Got selected in Srishti's Masters in Design program with specialisation in Human Centred Design.
- My 13 years of experience in Banking industry was very instrumental in my UX Degree. It allowed me to approach complex problems with an analytical mindset.
- I worked hard to become a good UX designer and learn what it means to take a Human-Centered approach to address problems.
- It is an ongoing journey where I am learning and evolving each and every day ...........
My design principles
